1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days].
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or remote locations.
3. Order Tracking & Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours.
4. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
*Alkaram Studio* is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if incorrect details were provided by the customer.
* If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team within [ 48 hours] to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
